About Next Step Training Services
Founded on more than 25 years of industry experience across construction, civil engineering, and utilities, we equip candidates with the practical expertise and certified qualifications needed to excel on site. Based in Pudsey, we are dedicated to training the next generation of confident, work-ready operatives.
Over 25 Years of Industry Heritage
With a wealth of over 25 years of experience spanning the construction, civils, and utilities sectors, the founders of Next Step Training Services established our training centre to pass vital trade skills and invaluable know-how on to the new guard of operatives entering the field. We ensure every learner gains realistic insight and comprehensive technical understanding straight from industry veterans.
Accredited by Leading Industry Bodies
Our courses are backed by recognized awarding organisations, giving employers and candidates total confidence in our credentials. We proudly deliver fully accredited qualifications supported by ProQual, CABWI, NPORS, Smart Awards, and EUSR, as well as specialised programmes developed directly under Next Step Training Services to meet rigorous national standards across plant, NRSWA, telecoms, and NVQ pathways.
